چکیده

Abstract Greenhouse gases jeopardize world’s climate. A significant amount of these pollutants is produced by road vehicles, so their producers are forced to reduce emissions significantly. This means that every car manufacturer expanding electrified vehicle range. Fully electric vehicles the best way for long-term elimination greenhouse production in transport. However, short term it not possible switch all EVs. Temporary solutions hybrid which offer a compromise between conventional and vehicles. In addition right choice powertrain correct scaling its components, also important develop suitable control strategy energy management. The main goal this work compare performance rule-based with built-in local optimization algorithm ECMS GT-SUITE TM software. Equivalent Consumption Minimization Strategy based on an selected parameters each time step driving cycle simulation. fuel efficiency improvement assessed plug-in vehicle. Results WLTC simulations charge sustaining mode (state battery at beginning end simulation same) shows consumption 5 l/100km rule 4.2 algorithm. can achieve more than 16% particular

Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle Control Strategy Parameter Optimization

Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicles (PHEVs) offer a great opportunity to significantly reduce petroleum consumption. The fuel economy of PHEV is highly dependent on All-Electric-Range (AER) and control strategy. Previous studies have shown that in addition to parameters influencing Hybrid Electric Vehicles (HEVs), control strategies of PHEVs are also influenced by the trip distance. This additiona...

A Genetic-Fuzzy Control Strategy for Parallel Hybrid Electric Vehicle

Hybrid Electric Vehicles (HEVs) are driven by two energy convertors, i.e., an Internal Combustion (IC) engine and an electric machine. To make powertrain of HEV as efficient as possible, proper management of the energy elements is essential. This task is completed by HEV controller, which splits power between the IC engine and Electric Motor (EM). In this paper, a Genetic-Fuzzy control strategy...

An Intelligent Control Strategy in a Parallel Hybrid Vehicle

This paper presents a design procedure for an adaptive power management control strategy based on a driving cycle recognition algorithm. The design goal of the control strategy is to minimize fuel consumption and engine-out NOx, HC and CO emissions on a set of diversified driving schedules. Seven facility-specific drive cycles are considered to represent different driving scenarios. For each fa...

A new control strategy for energy management in Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicles based on Fuzzy Cognitive Maps

In this paper, a new control strategy for energy management in Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicles (PHEVs) using Fuzzy Cognitive Map (FCM) is presented. In this strategy, FCM is used as a supervisory control such that the State of Charge (SoC) of the battery is kept in the acceptable range and fuel consumption per kilometer is reduced, in addition to providing the request power. Since this method ...
